Do my customers need an app or an account?

No. They book on your Citapami page or through WhatsApp without downloading an app or creating an account.

Does it sync with Google Calendar?

Yes, one way. Citapami sends every booking to your Google Calendar. Edits made in Google Calendar do not change your Citapami availability.

Can customers reschedule or cancel on their own?

Yes. Every confirmation carries a manage link, so changes and cancellations happen without a call or a message to you.

Does Citapami take payments or deposits?

Payments, yes: customers can pay by card when they book, straight to your own Stripe account, or pay at your place as they do today. You choose per service. Citapami takes no commission; only Stripe’s standard card fee applies. Deposits are not available.

Is there a limit on team members or bookings?

No. Team calendars, services, clients and bookings are unlimited in the €30 plan, and WhatsApp booking is included at no extra charge.
