Can I limit a reformer class to the number of machines I have?
Yes. Set the class capacity to the number of reformers, for example 6. Once 6 clients have booked, the class shows as full and new clients can join the waitlist. Citapami does not assign a specific machine to each client.
Can clients buy class packs, memberships or plans?
Yes. Create class packs with a set number of credits, monthly memberships with limited or unlimited classes, and prepaid terms of 1 to 24 months. Clients buy them on your booking page, and each class they book uses a credit. A plan can cover all your classes or only some, for example reformer only.
How do clients pay for plans and classes?
By card on your booking page, straight to your own Stripe account, and memberships renew monthly on the same card. Clients with an account can also choose to pay at the studio: the plan works right away and the amount stays open until you mark it paid. You can record cash or bank transfers yourself, or send a payment link for anything unpaid.
Does Citapami take a commission?
No. Payments go straight to your own Stripe account and Citapami takes nothing from them, not per class, per pack or per new client. Only Stripe’s standard card processing fee applies.
What happens to a credit when a client cancels?
If they cancel before your cutoff, the credit comes back and the reformer space opens up for someone else. After the cutoff it counts as a late cancellation and the credit is used, unless the plan allows late refunds. If you cancel a class, credits are returned and card payments are refunded automatically.
Can regulars keep a fixed weekly spot?
Yes. A membership with fixed weekly places holds the same classes every week, for example reformer on Monday and Wednesday at 18:00. Clients choose their slots when they buy, and you can enrol, skip or move them.
What happens when a class is full?
Clients join the waitlist. When a place frees up, the next client gets an offer by email or WhatsApp and has a limited time to claim it, 60 minutes by default, before it moves to the next one.
Can I run mat classes, reformer classes and private sessions together?
Yes. Each class has its own duration and capacity, so a mat class can take 12 people and a reformer class 6. Private 1:1 sessions offer several durations and prices in the hours you set. Mat classes can also run online with a meeting link, and everything sits in one calendar.
Do clients need an app or an account?
No app. A client can book a single class on your page or in WhatsApp with their name, email and phone, and both use the same live spaces. With a free account, signed in by email code, they see their bookings and plans, use their credits and cancel or reschedule on their own.
Can I offer a free or discounted trial class?
Yes. Set a welcome price for new clients: a fixed price or a percentage off, including free. Coupons and gift cards also work on single classes and private sessions.
Do clients get reminders?
Yes. Clients get an email reminder before each class. You choose when, from 15 minutes to 72 hours before; the default is 24 hours.
