Using Citapami
Citapami provides scheduling software for businesses and booking tools for their customers. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use it for a business, you must have authority to act for that business.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep account details accurate and credentials secure. You are responsible for activity authorised through your account. Do not misuse the service, send unlawful or unsolicited messages, access other users’ information without permission, or interfere with security or availability.
Bookings and business responsibilities
The business offering an appointment is responsible for its services, prices, availability, customer notices and cancellation or refund policies. Citapami supplies the booking software and is not the provider of the booked service. Businesses must have the permissions and legal basis needed to upload customer information and send messages.
Subscriptions and pricing
Applicable prices and offer conditions are shown in the pricing section of our homepage and any order or subscription agreement you accept. A displayed founding offer does not guarantee future pricing for every customer. Payment, renewal, cancellation and refund obligations are those disclosed and agreed when subscribing, subject to mandatory law.
Integrations and availability
Third-party services, including WhatsApp and Google Calendar, have their own terms and may change or be unavailable. You authorise the transfers needed for integrations you enable. Google Calendar is an export destination; changes there do not update Citapami availability. We may maintain or change the software and do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.
Your content and our software
You retain your rights in the information you provide. You permit Citapami to process it as necessary to deliver and support the service. Citapami and its licensors retain rights in the software and branding. These terms do not transfer ownership of either party’s content.
Suspension and ending use
We may restrict access where necessary to address misuse, security threats or legal requirements. You may stop using the service and request account closure. Any subscription obligations and lawful retention requirements remain subject to the agreement and applicable law.
Responsibility and statutory rights
Each party remains responsible for its obligations under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer or data protection rights.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The date above identifies this version. Material changes affecting an existing agreement will be communicated where required by law.
