Can a cut and beard trim have a different duration?
Yes. Create a combined cut-and-beard service with its own full duration and price, separate from a haircut or beard trim.
Can I combine walk-ins and online bookings?
Yes. Add an appointment yourself when you accept a walk-in. That booking uses the same calendar availability. Citapami does not automatically manage a walk-in queue.
Can customers move an appointment themselves?
They can use the manage link in their confirmation to reschedule or cancel, subject to the booking rules. The calendar reflects the change.
What does the founding plan include?
The €30/month founding offer includes unlimited team calendars, services and bookings, with web and WhatsApp booking. It is limited to the first 50 businesses. Check the pricing page for current conditions.
Are confirmations the same as reminders?
A confirmation is sent when a booking is made or changed. A reminder is a separate message before the appointment. The WhatsApp booking updates described here are confirmations and changes, not scheduled WhatsApp reminders.
Can I manage availability in Google Calendar?
Citapami exports bookings to Google Calendar in one direction. Changes in Google Calendar do not block or change availability in Citapami. Manage your working hours and time off in Citapami.
